Overview

The Project Coordinator provides supporting activities across various clients to support larger program efforts. In some cases, this individual will also be designated as the lead team member for programs.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with account management to assist with project development from beginning to end
  2. Work closely with the account management and market research teams to ensure quality delivery of initiatives to the client’s satisfaction
  3. Develop and manage timelines and project plans for client-facing initiatives
  4. Coordinate account, market research, creative, production, public relations/communications and technology teams to drive client initiatives to ensure on-time delivery
  5. Plan and coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and development partners, throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
  6. Proactively handle dependency, risk/issue management and problem resolution
  7. Provide updated status reporting to senior management and account executives
  8. Provide scheduling, facilitation and coordination of all project related meetings
  9. Manage allocated client budgets
  10. Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of each project
  11. Coordinate social media postings and monitor accounts for clients

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and writing skills; detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments

Education, Training and Network

Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) in marketing, animal science, meat science, agri-business or production

Food and fresh meat marketing experience; knowledge of livestock production and/or experience is beneficial to this position
