Hope Tennenbaum
Market Research Director

With over 25 years of experience in market research, Hope knows how to weave numbers into stories that illustrate consumer behavior. It is because she understands the “why” that we are able to execute the “how.” It comes as no surprise that Hope’s inquisitive nature follows her outside of the office – when she’s not analyzing the meat consumer psyche, she enjoys hiking, traveling and visiting museums.

What was your first job?
I was a gift-wrapper at a local liquor store where I wrapped half-gallon jugs of Boone’s Farm, six-packs of beer and my favorite, ‘lunch-time’ sizes of hard liquor. Like bike-riding, it’s a skill once-learned that lasts a lifetime!
What did you have for lunch yesterday?
Same thing I have every day – a mixed greens salad with vegetables and a protein (yesterday’s was Iron Skillet beef!)
What’s your favorite TV show?
I have had many over the years but the US version of Ugly Betty is one of my favorites.
How did you meet your spouse?
On a blind double-date. We attended the lecture "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Repair". I fell asleep. Fortunately, I did not drool.
