Moms group provides valuable insights

It’s been several months now since Marc (our Creative Team Manager) sat down with me to explain the concept for a Midan Marketing advisory group. He shared the idea that Danette and Michael (Midan Marketing’s principals) had brainstormed to bring a group of moms together and get their input on overall concepts and specific projects. Public Relations – A marathon, not a sprint

I recently ran through 29 of Chicago’s neighborhoods in the 2010 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. It was a tough race, with temperatures in the 80s, beating sunshine and mile markers seeming farther apart as the race went on. Prior to the marathon, I trained daily for nearly a year, anticipating positive results on race day.

In running, a “PR” stands for Personal Record. When preparing for a new race or challenge, I am always setting new goals, trying to achieve a new PR. I also like to apply this approach to a different “PR”: public relations.
